Simply Seasonal Spring Centerpiece

Spring is here! We are so excited for the spring season, and wanted to bring some touches from the garden inside of the home. This beautiful, rustic carrot centerpiece is a craft that can be done in about 15 minutes, and looks amazing when displayed on a holiday or Easter table.

To make this Simply Seasonal Spring Carrot Centerpiece you’ll need: a glass vase, carrots (about a pound), and foraged plants and flowers from your garden. We used lemongrass, rosemary, some bougainvillea flowers, etc. Plants with a variety of colors, textures, and lengths will look best for this spring floral arrangement.

Start by adding your carrots (with or without the greens on top) into your glass vase. Next, you’ll pour some water into the vase to fill it up to the top.

Then, you’ll collect your flowers and greenery from around the garden. There’s really no right or wrong way to make this centerpiece. You can make it as full and lush as you’d like, depending on what’s available in your garden. Then, add the greenery and flowers into your carrot-filled-vase. Be sure to put the stems of your plants into the center of the carrots, so the ends aren’t visible through the glass vase (we want to only see carrots on the bottom).

Once your vase is as full as you’d like it with your flowers and greenery, place it in a prominent place in your home to decorate your spring holiday table space.
