Roasted Cherry Tomato Pasta
This roasted cherry tomato pasta is a simple yet super delicious dish. It’s jam-packed with flavor, with sweet roasted tomatoes and herbs fresh from the garden. It’s a quick and easy meal that the whole family will love, making it perfect to whip up on a weeknight.
This recipe is super simple. First, preheat your oven to 375. You’ll take a bowl full of cherry tomatoes from the garden. Wash, and slice them in half. Next, you’ll lay them on a sheet pan and drizzle with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Then, chop up some basil from the garden and sprinkle on top.
Place the tray into the oven for 20-25 minutes. While the tomatoes are in the oven, boil a pot of spaghetti. Drain and set into a serving bowl. Drizzle some olive oil on top so the pasta doesn’t stick together.
Once the tomatoes are done roasting in the oven, put them on top of the spaghetti. Garnish with fresh parsley from the garden, and fresh parmesan cheese. Serve and enjoy the Simply Organic flavors from the garden!
